Great match for a swift visit in Williamsburg with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff were very friendly.

I appreciated the place, everything was great. I had apartment that also was complete with 2 bedrooms and washer/dryer, for example. The best thing was how accommodating the staff were. The location was amazing because it was near Busch Gardens, Water Country, and the cove.

The total stay was such wonderful on vacation. Units on the second level. The staff were hospitable, helpful.

Exceeded expectations. The recently renovated two-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable for our family. Amenities like the movie theater, arcade, and tennis courts kept us entertained. the cable in the master bedroom wasn’t functioning—a simple oversight likely due to the renovation. The location is convenient, with nearby shopping options like Walmart and Dunkin’ Donuts. Staff were friendly and genuinely helpful, especially Michael from management, who assisted us with a birthday surprise. The indoor pool was open, but larger would be better. Some areas still need renovation, which is a consideration. Communication about facilities and missing amenities could improve. Returning is a certainty, but a few tweaks would enhance the experience.

This place is a hidden gem for families! Its located a short drive from tons of fun restaurants and shops! We enjoyed activities like bingo and the pool, perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The quiet vibe was just what we needed, until the family next door had their wild breakfast party.

It wasn't inexpensive, but for the fun we had, it’s still reasonable.

Great amenities like pools and game room. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The Wyndham Kingsgate was great. We had a two bedroom condo, with plenty of room and a large balcony. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. The amenities were great for the kids - pool, arcade, and putt-putt golf. The location was close to Busch Gardens and Water Country, and within driving distance for a day trip to Virginia Beach. We asked to be in a room near our cousins, and were put in the same unit, which was very convenient.

There was confusion with the reservations, when I called to ask to get a room close to my cousins' room, two days before the trip, I was told I did not have a reservation. I had to spend about an hour on the phone with about six phone calls to get everything straightened out.

The noise from the thin walls was unbearable, especially with neighbors barging into our room and constant disruptions. I never expected to deal with so many issues during what should have been a relaxing trip.

We checked in the might before Thanksgiving the sole purpose of requesting a 2 bedrolm unit with a full kitchen girl our party it six. The desk clerk offered to split us up o. two units with half kitchen and then offered a refund.. I was offended. We made reservations in advance fir this too and to be offered less was quite offensive.

The staff were so helpful and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. The game room and free arcade were super fun and a great way to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was a slight delay in getting a request fulfilled, but not a major issue in the grand scheme of things. Overall, a fantastic stay with top-notch service and enjoyable activities! 🌟

Disapointed that we had to leave 1 day early because of storm sandy and could not get a 1 day refund.
